• The Premier Party comes with 5 premium game plays that include attractions, virtual reality, and large prize cranes.
• Ultimate and Deluxe parties come with 3 or 2 attractions respectively.  All parties come with a play card, beverages, cupcakes, party area, party paper goods, set up and clean up, and a host.  You may bring in additional themed table decorations, no wall decorations, no balloons please.

Can I bring in a cake?

• Yes, we allow outside dessert items for our parties. 

Can I decorate? 

• Yes, you may bring in additional themed table decorations and paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, and utensils) in addition to the ones provided. No wall decorations, no balloons please.

What do I need to do, to book a party? 

• Schedule online, over the phone with a party coordinator, or in-store. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm bookings.

What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them? 

• A pre-party phone call will be made for the final head count of participating and non-participating guests before your party. All parties have a minimum of 10 participants. You will not be charged for additional guests unless you have pre-ordered food items.

What happens if more guests arrive at the party? 

• Party guest numbers will be increased to accommodate the increased numbers. The party balance total will reflect all additional guests.  The additional participating guests will receive the same party elements as the original number of guests.  Please, keep in mind we do have room capacity restrictions.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel? 

• Never fear, you may reschedule your party up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellations will receive your deposit as in-store credit.

What happens if I have late guests?

• Your party time starts at the time you have reserved. Late guests will join the party when they arrive.  Your party time will still end at the designated time selected. 

How many guests may I invite?

• Your party total will increase with each participating guest. Birthday party rooms have a capacity of 25 guests.  Room capacity includes participating and non-participating guests.  For a larger gathering, group and event space is available.

May I extend the party room time?

• To keep our parties on time and being mindful of our party team schedules, we cannot extend the party room time. Parties are two hours in length, the last 15 minutes of the room time will be spent preparing for the party to end. 

What happens if my guests are messy? 

• If property is damaged, charges may be imposed.
